S&P Med Trans Inc. is a non- emergency medical transportation provider serving the city of San Jose, California and surrounding cities.

Our services include:

On-time transportation for the elderly and physically challenged, as well as others in need of our services.
Door-to-door transportation for medical appointments, dental appointments, dialysis appointments, physical therapy appointments, lab visits, non–emergency routine hospital visits and discharges, etc.
We welcome family member, wishing to accompany a loved one to an appointment at no extra cost. Follow-up calls are routinely made to ensure appointments are met.
Our well trained staff is dedicated to responding with promptness, and our focus is to ensure that our clients receive high-quality treatment that is affordable.
Our vans are custom built to meet the American Disability Act (ADA) requirements.
We conveniently accept several forms of payments, including cash, most credit card, and checks (with proper I.D.).
